I am Suyog Shelar, an Operations & Customer Experience Leader with over 22 years of global BPO and service delivery experience, specialising in transforming teams, elevating customer satisfaction, and scaling high-performing business operations across the USA, UK, Europe, and APAC markets.
Across my leadership career, I have managed large-scale delivery centres (600+ FTE), built new business units from the ground up, driven P&L profitability, delivered process excellence, and partnered with global brands to improve their customer experience, NPS, CSAT, and overall business performance.
I’ve worked across BPO, Contact Centres, E-Commerce, BFSI, Telecom, Travel, Government projects, and Technology support, successfully leading end-to-end operations, new process transitions, automation initiatives, and performance improvement programs.
